My Flute Story
Music is my passion. With over 18 years of learning and performing, I've had the opportunity to master the bamboo flute and follow the esteemed Gurushishya parampara tradition. My performances have reached over 100 concerts, and I've even founded my own music academy, Venunaad Swarlay. As a student of Pt Milind Date, a disciple of Pt Hariprasad Chaurasia, my musical lineage is truly remarkable. I am a follower of Senia Gharana, my expertise in raag, and taal, is a testament to my dedication and passion for Indian classical music.
Venunaad Swaralay, a Gurukul for flute, was founded in 2012 to promote Indian Classical Music. It teaches best practices to play flute so that its students can learn to play the instrument with dexterity. It helps students to understand the basics of classical music. Learning flute – Bansuri, is not easy. It needs dedication, loads of practice (Riyaz), and several years of sadhana.
